Mummy MOT

The Mummy MOT® is a postnatal check that can help with tummy gaps, c-section recovery, prolapse, and incontinence issues. When you have your consultation with your practitioner they will also examine your pelvic floor and discuss a plan to get you back to feeling your best self. We recommend the Mummy MOT® be conducted from 6 weeks postnatal and can still be over great benefit several years post partum.
