This challenge can be done solely from home or you can also add 1:1 or group PT sessions for in-depth personal training in our studio gym at the clinic that is welcoming, comfortable and unintimidating. 

What’s Included?

1-2-1 Personalised nutrition coaching where you will gain knowledge to make simple alterations to your diet so that it makes your goals manageable, achievable, long lasting and able to fit into your social and family life. There will be regular catch ups and interactions to help you through the 8 week challenge (these can be face to face or online to suit your needs). Nutrition is where the biggest difference can be made to your body composition, so I want to help to educate and work with you to achieve the results that you want. You can’t out train a bad diet!

A progressive 8-week workout programme that can be done from home that improves strength, flexibility and body composition. This is suitable for novices through to seasoned athletes. Requires minimal equipment. (In person PT sessions can be added as a bolt on).

A bank of healthy, nutritious recipes and snack ideas that are quick, easy, fuss free and family friendly. These can be used to help you to achieve your goals whilst being tasty and filling at the same time. There are slow cooker meals, meal prep ideas, meals for eating with family and friends.

Regular, short ‘knowledge nugget’ clips throughout the programme to educate you on nutrition, mindset and training. You will get tips and tricks to help you to achieve your goals that will help you to enhance your life while achieving the goals that you want.

There will be weekly check ins to help you to keep on track, be accountable and achieve your goals. We will look at a wide variety of factors that could be affecting your goals on top of nutrition and training to help you to become the best version of yourself that you can.

This programme is personalised to you, not off the peg. There is a big focus on nutrition in this challenge to enable you to achieve your desired outcomes, you can’t out train a bad diet.

1:1 Personal Training Bolt on at Williams Human Performance Clinic

This includes 1-2-1 or small group PT session in our private gym that are tailored to your specific goals. This will ensure correct form and help you to gain optimum results in a quiet, comfortable environment. Please get in touch for options and availability, small group discounts are available!
